Quit smoking video

This is a quit smoking advert shown on Australian television. Basically it is attempting to stop people from smoking by shocking smoker into quitting. The video shows what could happen to the main artery in the heart if you smoke, and it not nice.

What I’m wondering is, how much did the 32yr old smoke, as there seemed to be a lot of thick deposits in the artery. The thing that shocked me the most was not the artery, but the smoker who lit the cigarette with the kitchen cooker.
