Play instant chess

Over at instantchess.com you can, guess what? Play a game of Chess straight away. I have noticed a lot of websites where you can play Chess, but all these sites require you sign up before you can actually play. This can be annoying when you want a quick game of chess. Luckily, at instantchess.com you can play right away without needing to sign up or download any software. So, if you want a quick game of Chess then I recommend this website.

I actually found this website when I wanted to play a game of Chess on the Internet without signing up. The instantchess website is very easy to use, you enter your name then select the 'start game button' and you will start a game of Chess straight away.

Run pee time

Have you ever needed to go to the toilet during the cinema, and didn’t want to go because you might miss an essential part of a film? Well, there is an iPhone app called “Run pee” which according to the description "helps your blader enjoy going to the movies as much as you do". This service basically tells you the times in a movie where you can go to pee, without missing a huge part of the storyline. Here is an example of the movie Bruno.

As you can see above there is a timeline which shows the times you can run and pee. Below the timeline is the description of the various times during the movie. The bottom section is what happens during your trip to the toilet. Cleverly, the text is all scrambled up to avoid spoiling the movie. You can select the unscramble button to unscramble the text which allows you to know what happen when you are away.

This is why you’re fat

Found at interesting website called: thisiswhyyourefat.com and like the name suggests, this website is all about why you are fat. The site has images of food items which contain high amounts of fat or sugar. For example, there is an image called “The royal flush” that contains: 3 eggs, beans, cheese, 4 corn tortillas and 3 hash browns. Yum, Yum.

All the images I believe are user generated, so if you have any images of fatty foods. Why not send your images to: thisiswhyyourefat.com

Is this all just coincidence or it is really the ultimate answer?

Overdue spider letter

I discovered a website with a bizarre email conversation between a man in debt and a woman pursing the debt at: 27bslash6.com. The woman, Jane Gilles, is pursing the debt of $233.95. However, the man has no interest in paying the debt and emails a drawing of a spider instead, as he values the spider at $233.95. The woman is no idiot and does not accept this as payment, but the man bizarrely asks for the drawing of the spider back.

I am not sure whether this email is genuine or not, but it’s definitely amusing check it out at: 27bslash6.com

Slacker uprising

Slacker uprising is a new film by Michael Moore which can be downloaded for free at: Slackeruprising.com, but only if you live in the United States or Canada.

So, why is the film free? Moore has decided to give a gift back to the people who have supported him throughout his career, also to encourage young voters to vote on November 4th. It seems Moore is only giving back to the people in the United State, the rest of world have to pay $9.95 for a DVD.

Moore again has made a political movie checkout slackeruprising.com for more information on the film.

Chickipedia

You may have heard of wikipedia, but did you know there is a chickipedia? Chickipedia.com according to the about section is “the worlds largest woman based wiki-based database of hot chicks.” The information on this website is completely user generated and is the only female only encyclopaedia on the internet.

The hot chicks on this site are mainly celebrities and TV personalities. So why would use this website, when you can find the same information on wikipedia. I think the main reason is the pictures, videos, and articles sections. Although most of the profiles seem to be lacking information and most of them are empty.

It seems this website has a long way to go before its even half as information fulfilling as wikipedia. In the mean time, I think I will stick to wikipedia if I want to find out any information on chicks.

Before I die I want to

BeforeIdieIwantto.org is an interesting website where people submit a Polaroid picture of themselves with the message: “before I die I want to…”, and then their own message. This website it trying to find out what motivate people in their lives, the values we hold in society and the values of the world important.

From reading the about section of the website I discovered this site is inspired by three factors: the Polaroid, safety of contracts and important of live. I think this website is particularly interesting as the majority of people seem to want to go travelling before they kick the bucket.
