Kill cat

According to cnn.com a man gets 18 months in prison for forcing his own daughter to kill the family cat. The man was intoxicated at the time and claimed he wanted to teach his children how to kill.

I think this is an extremely bad excuse for the man claiming he wanted to teach his children. He must have some seriously metal issues.
