Fireman commercial

This is a very strange Japanese commercial about high blood pressure. The two men in video stopped at the side of the road to take a pee. However, a wild fire suddenly appears and the men try to extinguish the fire with their pee, they fail. One of the men then retrieves a large log to stamp out the fire, but in the process cuts his forehead. The blood from his forehead somehow puts out the fire, very strange.
