Master Wong

I have just found some great self defence videos on YouTube. The man teaching the self defence is called Master Wong. I guess he’s so good that he changed his first name to Master. All of the videos are demonstrated on a partner making them easy to understand.

I have watched a lot of different self defence video, but I have say that Master Wong’s videos are the best. He doesn’t use any fancy language when explaining the techniques, like some people on YouTube teaching self defence. His techniques are simple, direct and effective, which is exactly what you would need in a self defence situation.

Master Wong is also an unintentional comedian, as some of the things he says are hilarious. Overall most of the videos are excellent and I highly recommend you watch them.
