Drink Sobriety test

This is a video of the most ridiculous sobriety test. The old man in the video I assumed got stopped by the police for being under the influence of alcohol, and was asked to take a sobriety test. However, when the old man was given the sobriety test device to check his breath. He thought it was an alcoholic beverage and tried to drink the device. I guess the old man was so intoxicated that he got confused.
