Toilet bomb

A man with the metal age of 10 attempted to blow up a restaurant with a home made bomb, but failed because he couldn’t unlock the toilet door.

The man, Nicky Reilly, wanted to detonate the bomb when he would have been outside the restaurant. Unfortunately, he failed miserably when he was unable to unlock the cubicle door which resulted in the bomb exploding with him inside the cubicle. Luckily nobody in the restaurant was hurt in the explosion, apart from Reilly. He was arrested when he staggered outside with facial injuries. In court he pleaded guilty to preparing a terrorist attack and attempted murder.

It seems this man was groomed by extremist, but with his metal illness he is most stupid suicide bomber, ever. How he was unable to unlock the door is just bizarre.
