Worst swimming trial

This must be the worst swimming trial of all time. Firstly, there are only three swimmers and two of them get disqualified for jumping the gun early. So it’s only a one man race.

The only swimmers technique is a bit dodgy. He does not seem to glide through the water like the swimmers we are used to seeing. His head is above the water the whole time. And his foot work is also a bit odd. I think the commentator noted that there is no swimming pool in the country where the swimmer is from, so he needs to see where he’s going. At least he finished the race and won.
