Phelps likes to win

This is a display of actions from Michael Phelps as he wins his swimming races. He likes to torment his opponents after he is victorious. Although this is not exactly what you call good sportsmanship. Giving your opponent the middle finger, choking them and dunking them under the water is definitely bizarre behaviour.
