Desperate man real or fake?

A man desperately needs to sell his house. Apparently he has lost his job, can’t pay the mortgage, his wife left, and took the dog. Then it says something about a house gem except for asbestos.

It seems the “house is a gem” which probably means it’s pretty sensational or contains many valuable thing inside it. This is very encouraging. However, then he claims “except for the asbestos” which completely defeats the purpose of the quick sale. Who the hell would want to buy a house with asbestos in it?

Best offer. Ha Ha. This guy has no chance of a quick sale.
